What is RAD Academy?

Think of this as your all-access pass to the thrill of lure coursing – where speed, instinct, fitness, and pure doggy joy collide. The RAD Academy is part of the Renegade Active Dogs franchise, designed to get people (and their pups) hyped about lure sports. This isn’t just exercise; it’s all-out adventure. Whether you’re a total newbie with a couch-loving companion or you’ve got a speed demon ready to shine, we’ve got challenges, training, and levels tailored just for you.

The Setup

The RAD Academy offers two ways to get in on the action:

• The Full Course – Four one-hour sessions that will take you and your dog from rookie to pro, forging an unbreakable bond while teaching them how to chase, corner, and conquer the course.

• Casual Sessions – Not ready to commit? That’s cool. Drop in for a single session à la “doggy gym.” Come train, play, or practice as it suits you! Your schedule, your rules.

How it Works

We’ve broken the training into four electrifying levels that build on each other:

1. Fundamentals of Chasing
   Hit your dog's prey-drive switch and figure out exactly what gets them moving. Front-row tickets to watch your pup discover their inner champion? You’ll be grinning ear to ear.

2. Straight Lure Runs (Fast CAT style)
   Straight-line sprints. Explosive speed. Pure adrenaline. Your dog will be chasing like they’ve got turbo boosters.

3. Cornering & Precision Coursing
   Ninja-level accuracy meets agility. Cornering isn’t just for race cars – it’s where your dog becomes a legit lure-sport athlete.

4. Full Lure Coursing (Up to 600 yards!)
   This is the showstopper. By now, your pup will be running full courses like a pro. Oh, and guess what? At the end, they’ll walk away with a shiny certificate—because yes, they earned it.
